When a decision has been made to move forward with an order, I request 1/2 down at the time of order and the balance at shipping time. Time between order and shipping will vary. Please inquire about current timing.

I strive to build an instrument that someone will enjoy and is exactly what they want, after conversations over the phone or through e-mail. I want a customer to be satisfied and if I have not met expectations then an instrument can be returned in same condition as shipped for full refund.
